The Foundations Further Studies are written to compliment the teaching of the Foundations Core Studies and also provide further teaching for believers who want to understand more of the life of faith.

As these are biblical studies, we recommend you use a version of the Bible that is a translation from the original Hebrew and Greek. For example, we have mainly used the New King James Version (NKJV) or the English Standard Version (ESV) for our biblical references in all studies. The reason we recommend this is that if you use a paraphrase version of the Bible such as the Message or other such versions, you will not be getting a direct biblical translation from the text which is necessary for accurate study. These Bibles are written with the aim of storytelling the scriptures from the interpretation of a single author or group.
